Let's be honest, being a young adult can suck. And having body dysmorphia or an eating disorder during this transformative time can make it suck even more. Between maintaining relationships, navigating friendships, exploring sexuality, and simply getting through day to day classes, your view on food, exercise, and priorities affect ALL of it. This is a podcast that cuts through all of the bullsh!t. I'm not afraid to ask the questions you might not want to and TO the people you might be nervous to talk about it with. On top of how your relationship with your body affects every aspect of your life, I'll walk you through facts that debunk everything you thought your eating disorder taught you (or even what your favorite influencer taught you). It's time to face the truth about your relationship with your body: it's pretty, hot, and taboo.

episode 1: my story
WELCOME TO THE FIRST EPISODE OF PHAT: it’s all about body image and College and talks about all the aspects of college like sex, drinking, drugs, frats, schoolwork, and so much more. I am going to be interviewing everyone you can think of from college professors to friends and family about how to deal with an eating disorder yourself or friends with an eating disorder. Today is just me sharing my story and why I am starting the podcast and it’s super serious, but in the future they will be more lighthearted and have some really great advice. I hope it's relatable and helpful! enjoy ;)
